BMG Outsourcing Inc is currently looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our awesome team here in the Philippines.

Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage various diaries and emails
    • Misc Registers
    • Contract Register
    • Maintain COO Group project list (Smartsheet)
    • Vendor compliance forms
    • EY ProjectMax Smartsheet
  • HR task
    • Draft/ update employment agreements
    • Keep MergeCo Remuneration & Termination Smartsheets up to date
    • Inductions
    • Uniform ordering, embroidering and distribution
    • Assist with new recruit process – sending out forms and collating info once returned
    • Rebranding policies and linking to Sharepoint
  • Managing Intranet Site
    • Property info site
    • Maintain staff services site
  • Organising meetings, preparing agendas, board packs, securing venues, and taking minutes.  
  • Travel Booking
    • AR travel – flights, accommodation, update diary
  • Must be familiar with Office Products
  • Familiar with Travel booking
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Previous Admin/Customer Service experience (preferred but not required)
  • Must be driven, has initiative and with a strong ability to prioritise and multitask  
  • Willing to work full time at Clark Freeport Zone
