Position will serve as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant to the sole principal of an accounting practices boutique who needs to delegate admin tasks to free him up. To provide help to run the day to day operations and undertake projects on his behalf to grow the practice through marketing and social media channels.
- Required to manage Social Media Content and other Marketing Activities
- Assist with website content creation
- Landing Page Creation
- Keyword Research SEO
- Manage website content updates through WordPress backend
- Create marketing material such as banners, social media and blog posts images
- Lead Generation
- Basic Bookkeeping tasks
- Account Reconciliation
- Fluency in English, and have excellent communication skills.
- Strong copywriting and content marketing experience, with an interest in warehouse products and services.
- Have experience in a similar role.
- Social Media Marketing Skills
- Knows how to incorporate SEO in blogs and website content etc.
- WordPress and Photoshop skills
- Email Marketing skills
- Basic to intensive knowledge in Bookkeeping and Reconciliations
