Virtual Assistant.


We are looking for an assistant to analyse and enter information from inspection reports and photos into our database. Basic formatting of Excel spreadsheets will also be required. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with a keen eye for detail. The company will rely on them for having accurate data that is easily accessible through a digital database.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Read property inspection reports and identify all the relevant information/items within them (confirm this information with the photos provided)
  • Transfer data from paper/photo format into the database
    • i.e. room measurements and Plant & Equipment items
  • Generate the Excel report and format it
  • Eventually will be required to read basic house plans/schedule of finishes and enter information from these
Qualifications and Experience/Skills Required
  • Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Good command of English both oral and written
  • Great attention to detail
Eligibility Requirements
  • Must be willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
  • Advanced experience with administrative tasks
  • Effectively maintain organisational skills for each project
  • Comfortable to work with clients and colleagues
