Job Description

This position is mainly focused on support of the sales department and administrative duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing including Social Media Management

  • Assist in the implementation/ management  of marketing strategy including social media: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google Analytics
  • Social media analytics collation and interpretation

Website updates/ WordPress and blogging

  • Basic updates to website/  suggest content, identify corrections and updates needed
  • Moderating Blog Comments (Approve / Disapprove / Replying)

Administrative Tasks

  • Preparing Online Meeting Minutes
  • Online Research(Statistics, Content, Facts, Competition)
  • Content writing and online research
  • Email Management
  • Answering phone calls
  • Appointment Scheduling
  • Data Entry
  • Forms and document creation
  • Basic Graphic design
  • Maintain and set up templates in proposal system (Better Proposals)

Database and CRM Management

  • Data Mining and development/ Lead Generation
  • File sharing Management such as Dropbox, Google Drive, Intranet Sites


  • Develop step by step instructions and procedures for all repeatable tasks and procedures in Google Sites


  • Able to operate all kinds of social media platforms – Facebook, Wechat, Twitter etc or able to learn fast.
  • CRM/Ontraport, Teamwork, Google,  Better Proposals, project management software (Teamwork)
  • Excellence in written and verbal English communication, confidence with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant with Social Media Management knowledge.

Efficiency in Google Suite and willingness to learn Google Sites.

Knows how to follow processes and to meet deadlines with less supervision.

Able to logically and clearly articulate status and situations, and recommend solutions to problems as related by clients

Generally able to work independently and manage tasks through tasks until completion.

Keen to learn and serve in all the fields of office administration.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Must be willing to work full-time, available to work during Australian Eastern Standard Time business hours from 10 am to 7 pm (7 am to 4 pm Philippine time).

Willing to work in out Clark Freeport Zone Office
