BMG Outsourcing Inc is currently looking for a dynamic Administration Assistant. The successful applicant will be a part a mid-sized accounting and financial planning organisation that delivers wide-range services to a diverse range of clients from a variety of industries.

Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Saving scanned documents to relevant folders
  • Setting up jobs in Xero Practice Manager (XPM)
  • Loading client disbursements into XPM
  • Preparing ASIC company statements in NowInfinity Corporate Messenger
  • Preparation of weekly blogs and emails
  • General administrative assistance
  • New tasks will be added as you master the above tasks
Performance Goals
  • Complete administration tasks on time
  • Deal with other staff professionally at all times
  • Accuracy in data compiling and data entry
  • Administrative Assistant qualification, or relevant experience
  • Self-starter
  • English as a first language
  • Excellent comprehension, reading, and written communication skills
  • Good in MS Excel
  • Good in MS Word
  • Honest and reliable
  • Ability to work unsupervised is essential.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone
  • Full-time position only
  • 3 years previous experience as Administrative Assistant
  • Good Xero Practice Manager software Experience
