Accountant (work-from-home).

BMG Outsourcing is currently looking for a versatile Accountant to work with one of our Australian clients that will involve completing trust accounting for the real estate company in the group. This role will be in a work-from-home setup.

Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Reconcile rent payments
  • Recording & Processing bills
  • Disbursement of trust funds
  • Processing bond payments to local authority
  • Processing sale receipts
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years experience within the accounting industry
  • Proactive, self motivated
  • Diligent, with a high attention to detail
  • Experience working with an Australian company in accounting/bookkeeping field
  • Experience with trust accounting, preferably Australian
  • Experience with PropertyMe software an advantage
Home Office Requirements
  • Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps
  • Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8
  • Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
  • A written backup plan if the power goes out or the internet connection becomes unstable during your work time.
