The BMG team is located and managed in two adjacent offices in Clark, Philippines with a view to expanding into a third office on the same floor.

Employee Satisfaction

Our employee satisfaction rating is excellent – not a single staff member has left in three years. We value our staff, offer team dinners, weekends away, team training and career progression. We pay our staff full benefits and entitlements and in return we get consistent value for our investment. Staff from our Sydney team visit Clark on average every three months and our Phils team Managers spend time in Sydney visiting clients and have addressed a conference group of 300 people on the benefits and pitfalls of outsourcing.

Office Environment

Commitment to the Australian world time clock may require staff to start work at 6am Phils time – staff times need to be managed and documented to ensure your clients are being fairly charged, and the staffs are productive, working on only your work.

Filipino’s by culture are team players and work more efficiently in an office environment.

Security of Data and information. BMG encourages the use of Cloud Based Solutions, although we do have dedicated servers. We host in Australia for legal and privacy legislation reasons.

Fiber optic internet for high-speed data transfer and to minimize downtime. Many areas in the Philippines have poor and unreliable internet services.
