Bohol Offshoring Solutions is currently looking for a Telesales Representative to work with one of our Australian clients.

  • Outbound Calling:
    • Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.
    • Follow a script while maintaining a conversational and engaging tone.
    • Introduce products or services and highlight their features and benefits.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Answer customer queries and provide information about products or services.
    • Address concerns or objections effectively to encourage sales.
  • Sales Pitch:
    • Deliver a compelling sales pitch tailored to the customer’s profile.
    • Emphasize key selling points and unique selling propositions.
    • Customize communication style to match the customer’s personality and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on product or service details, pricing, and promotions.
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the benefits of the offerings.
    • Effectively communicate how the product or service meets the customer’s needs.
  • Lead Generation:
    • Identify and qualify potential leads for future sales opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Achieve Sales Targets:
    • Work towards and meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
    • Strive for continuous improvement in sales performance.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with team members and share insights for collective success.
    • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
  • Compliance:
    • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws governing telesales.
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in sales development representative, preferably from technology sector
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
