We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Recruitment Administrator staff for our client. The Recruitment Administrator will support the recruitment team in all administrative aspects of the hiring process. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Utilize various channels to source potential candidates to be added to the pool, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the specified position we recruit.
  • Candidate Profile Management- Add, manage and update candidate profiles in the ATS, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or administrative roles.
  • Experience in sourcing candidates and screening resumes is highly desirable.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ATS software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
