We are currently looking for an E-commerce Coordinator who will be responsible for managing and optimizing the e-commerce operations of our websites. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of the online sales process, from order fulfillment, product listings and content updating to customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering a seamless online shopping experience.

Order Processing and Fulfillment:

Manage the order fulfillment process, reviewing and approving orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve any issues related to inventory, shipping, or delivery.

Support customers on the phone when having issues with their online orders or setting up their account.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including email, phone, and live chat.

Actively monitor the live chat and help customers through the buying process.

Support BlastOne Australia/New Zealand/Malaysia sales and customer service teams with any customer requests

Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints immediately in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.

Online Product Management & Content:

Work with global team to review all products being pushed on the websites, Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing

Ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.

Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, sales events, and new product launches.

As required, make content updates to specific pages to keep all global websites in line with each other.

Regularly review customer search terms and update search performance to deliver a better customer experience.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor website performance, sales data, and customer behavior using analytics tools.

Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.

Conduct regular testing of website forms, contact us and registration forms to ensure the sites are working correctly with no errors

Provide insights and recommendations to improve website performance and achieve sales targets.

  • With a bachelor’s degree in any field
  • With 3-5yrs experience WordPress/WooCommerce
  • With 2-3yrs experience NetSuite ERP
  • Customer Service Talking to customer who are trying to place orders online
  • Able to learn technical product knowledge to make customer recommendations.
  • Able to travel to USA or Australia for 3-4 weeks as required, for training.
  • Tools and Software required: Webchat Software, Fraud Mitigation Strategies/Tactics/Software, Salesforce, Excel, HotJar, CyberSource, Google Analytics, Google AdWords
